Identifies the interface characteristics of the circuit at the secondary Access Customer Terminal Location (ACTL) or end user location.
NOTE 1: The format and structure of this field is defined in the ANSI approved standard, ATIS-0300223, Structure for the Identification of Network Channel (NC) and Network Channel Interface (NCI) Codes for Information Exchange or by COMMON LANGUAGE in BR-795-403-100. A brief summary of the format can be found in ASOG Practice 000, Section 2.14.7.
