VCVTA - Virtual Connection Variable Term Agreement

Identifies the duration, identifying USOC See Universal Service Order Code., contract date or contract identification number of any variable term agreement that may be offered by a provider for a virtual connection.

USAGE: This field is conditional.

NOTE 1: Optional when NVC field on the EUSA or Transport Form is greater than one (1) and the VCVTA field on the ASR Access Service Request Form is blank, otherwise prohibited.
