NOTE 1: This field applies to asymmetrical virtual services.

VALID ENTRIES:

A = Available Bit Rate (ABR)

B = Constant Bit Rate (CBR)

C = Non Real-time Variable Bit Rate (NRTVBR)

D = Real-time Variable Bit Rate (RTVBR)

E = Unspecified Bit Rate (UBR)

USAGE: This field is conditional.

NOTE 1: Required when entry in this field differs from the SCCT field, otherwise prohibited.
