Identifies a code assigned to a group of signaling link(s) of a common channel signaling link set.

USAGE: This field is conditional.

NOTE 1: Optional when the PCACT field is populated, the ACT field on the ASR Access Service Request Form is “C” and the TSC field on the ASR Form is populated, otherwise prohibited.
