 Identifies the number of the service address.

NOTE 1: This field may contain a provider assigned house number.

USAGE: This field is conditional.

NOTE 1: Required when the AFT Field is “C”.

NOTE 2: Optional when the SASN field is populated.

NOTE 3: Otherwise prohibited.

DATA CHARACTERISTICS: 10 alpha/numeric characters
