REFNUM  - Reference Number

Identifies the unique number assigned to the specific location for which the service address applies.

NOTE 1: The REF NUM entry on the SALI Form must match the REF NUM entry on the MSL or ARI Forms for which the service address is applicable. In all other situations, the REF NUM field is assumed to be 0001 and associated to the overall order.

VALID ENTRIES:

0002 – 9999

USAGE: This field is conditional.

NOTE 1: Required when the NSL field on the service specific form is populated and the first position of the SECLOC Secondary Location. field on the MSL Form is “E”.

NOTE 2: Required when the first position of the REQTYP field on the ASR Access Service Request Form is “R” and the first position of the PRILOC Primary Location. field on the ARI Form All information required for ordering Additional Ring Information is provided inthe various fields contained within the ARI Form and the SALI Form. TThe ARI CircuitDetail Section provides entries for the specification of ordering options. The LocationSection provides entries for describing the termination of the ARI. is “E”.
