EUNAME - End User Name

Identifies the end user name associated with the termination location.

USAGE: This field is conditional.

NOTE 1: Required when the first position of the PRILOC Primary Location.  field on the EUSA Form is “E”.

NOTE 2: Required when the first position of the SECLOC Secondary Location. field on the WAL, Transport, EUSA or MSL Form is “E”.

NOTE 3: Required when the first position of the PRILOC  field on the Ring and/or ARI Forms is “E” and the SPOT (PRI) field on the Ring and/or ARI Forms is not  populated.

NOTE 4: Required when the REQTYP field on the ASR Forms is “E” and the SEI field on the ASR Forms is populated.

NOTE 5: Required when the EU field on the ASR Form is “Y”.

NOTE 6: Optional when the first position of the PRILOC field on the Ring and/or ARI Forms is “E” and the SPOT (PRI) field on the Ring and/or ARI Forms is a CLLI Code (Common Language Location Identifier) An 11-digit code that an ILEC assigns to acarrier’s location to designate the Central Office or area served by a Central Office.Characters 5 and 6 are the state code, 7 and 8 are the Central Office name, and 9through 11 specify equipment type. CLLI is a trademark of Telcordia..
