NOTE 1: When populated, the RUID must match the ASR Form ECCKT field when the associated AUNT field is populated.
USAGE: This field is conditional.
NOTE 1: Prohibited when the associated AUNT field is populated and the ACT field on the ASR Form is “N”.
NOTE 2: Required when the associated UREF field is populated and both the associated RPON and AUNT fields are not populated.
