Identifies the traffic for each packet class of service allocation delivered over the EVC.
NOTE 1: This field further defines the Class of Service (COS) attribute as defined by the MEF as outlined in Technical Specification MEF 23.1.
NOTE 2: Technical parameters for a given PP COS are defined by the provider tariffs.
NOTE 3: This provides a per packet identifier for the level of service performance.
NOTE 4: Unique entries are required per LREF.
NOTE 5: Valid entries will be either a unique set of percentages or a value that represents a unique set of percentages dedicated to each class of service.
USAGE: This field is optional.
