Identifies the terminating end of the circuit, a Provider's end office, or the first point of Switching for the circuit being provided.
NOTE 1: CLLI CODE - When the SECLOC is a multiplexing HUB , (e.g., establishing a HICAP facility) the CLLI Code of location is entered here. The entry for FGA-B-C-D or local trunking service is the CLLI Code.
NOTE 2: END-USER NAME - When the SECLOC is an end user location, including a second ACTL or C.O. CENTREX, the customer name is entered preceded by an "E". The CLLI Code for the C.O. CENTREX or the second ACTL may be specified in the appropriate SPOT field.
NOTE 3: BLANK (NO ENTRY) - This field is left blank when establishing the ACTL/PRILOC backbone in a multipoint configuration. CKLT is used to specify the bridging HUB.
USAGE: This field is conditional.
NOTE 1: Required except when establishing the ACTL/PRILOC to a bridge (CKLT) backbone in a multipoint configuration when SECLOC is prohibited. CCS links and CCS trunks, otherwise prohibited.
