PRILOC - Primary Location

Identifies the end user name of the customer at the primary location or the primary end of the circuit being provided.

NOTE 1: This should be the jurisdictionally interstate switching location.

NOTE 2: PRILOC Primary Location. will always be an end user name preceded by an "E".  If a C.O. CENTREX termination is involved, the CLLI Code (Common Language Location Identifier) An 11-digit code that an ILEC assigns to acarrier’s location to designate the Central Office or area served by a Central Office.Characters 5 and 6 are the state code, 7 and 8 are the Central Office name, and 9through 11 specify equipment type. CLLI is a trademark of Telcordia. must be specified in SPOT.

USAGE: This field is conditional.

NOTE 1: Required in response to an ASR Access Service Request utilizing the EUSA form and when ACTL Access Customer Terminal Location is blank, otherwise prohibited.
