E RCV - End User Receive Level

Identifies the receive transmission level point, measured in decibels, of either a 2 wire or 4 wire circuit as it enters the End User customer's equipment.

NOTE 1: The signal level is assumed to be negative unless preceded by a plus (+) sign.

USAGE: This field is conditional.

NOTE 1: Optional on a service specific basis when PRILOC Primary Location. is an end-user location and SPOT (PRI) is not a CLLI Code (Common Language Location Identifier) An 11-digit code that an ILEC assigns to acarrier’s location to designate the Central Office or area served by a Central Office.Characters 5 and 6 are the state code, 7 and 8 are the Central Office name, and 9through 11 specify equipment type. CLLI is a trademark of Telcordia.otherwise prohibited.
