Identifies the transmission level point, measured in decibels, at the output of the equipment unit or line facility from Office A to Office Z. These values are based on the application of 1004 Hz tone at a level of 0 dbm at the (0) zero TLP in terminal A.
NOTE 1: The signal level is assumed to be negative unless preceded by a plus (+) sign.
NOTE 2: For Analog/Digital designs, the Digital Reference Signal (DRS), 0.0 TLP (0dbm0), is required on those portions of the design which have digital interfaces.
USAGE: This field is conditional.
NOTE 1: Optional when the EQPT/FAC field is populated. Requirements will vary on a service specific basis.
