CKR - Customer Circuit Reference

Identifies the circuit number or range of circuit numbers being used by the customer.

NOTE 1: CKR Circuit is used by the customer as a cross reference to the provider circuit ID(s) and in many cases to identify the customer’s end-to-end service.

USAGE: This field is conditional.

NOTE 1: Required when the CKR field on the ASR Access Service Request Form is populated, otherwise prohibited.
