NOTE 1: A wireless cell site will be defined as any location providing service to an antenna location. This includes, but is not limited to, monopoles, towers, microcells, etc.
NOTE 2: A wireless cell site will not include Mobile Telephone Switching Offices (MTSO) or administrative (non-antenna) locations.
