VCVTA - Virtual Connection Variable Term Agreement

Identifies the duration, identifying USOC See Universal Service Order Code., contract date or contract identification number of any variable term agreement that may be offered by a provider for a virtual connection.

USAGE: This field is conditional.

NOTE 1: Optional when the first position of the REQTYP field on the ASR Access Service Request Form is “V” or “X” and the VCVTA field on the VC Form is not populated, otherwise prohibited.
