Identifies the second Internet Protocol Address within the network interface device at a host or end user location when requesting dual stack capability with IPv4 and IPv6 enabled.

USAGE: This field is conditional

NOTE 1: Optional when the first position of the REQTYP field on the ASR Form is “D”, ACT field on the ASR Form is “N” or “C” and the IPAI field is “4” or “6”, otherwise prohibited.
